Learning process.

Learning new things is important because in IT for every two years we can witness a new era. Sometimes changes are bigger than we can expect.

The ability to learn new things is very crucial especially for young people in the IT industry. I don’t want to speak right now when you can consider yourself as a senior. But companies are looking for new people that want to develop their skills. That creates for them additional value and such people have a higher chance of hiring.
At the beginning you learn at a fast pace. Of course you don’t know what you don’t know but this is not a problem right now.

Then after some time spend on learning you are convinced and certain that you know all the important things. This is very often known as overconfidence phase – because you think that you know your weak spots. Sad thing is that you don’t understand how things are connected with others.

After that time you realize that you don’t know anything important and the process start almost all over again. But this time the difference is that you are now realistic, because u feel that this was not top of the mountain.
From that point it will be only better! Now the process starts again and from now on you can gain mastery in the topic you want to achieve. If you were so strong to stay for so long then the golden pot with coins is yours!

So how long this will take? There is no clear answer, some of us will need 30 years to complete the grandmaster level while others only two years. It’s completely dependant on you! One is sure you need to learn new things.
